A 26-year-old man has been busted in connection to the deadly capturing exterior the Dream Resort in Manhattan final week, cops stated Monday.
Robert Johnson was arrested in North Babylon by the NYPD Regional Fugitive Job Pressure and Suffolk County Police Division Saturday and charged with homicide, assault and legal possession of a firearm.
Johnson is accused of gunning down 25-year-old Byron Morales, of Brooklyn, in entrance of the luxury Chelsea lodge, the Dream Downtown, round 12:20 a.m. final Thursday, police stated.
Morales and his twin brother have been within the space, probably to have dinner at Tao Downtown Restaurant, sources stated on the time.
The capturing was sparked by some unknown dispute between Morales and Johnson and will have been gang-related, cops stated. Johnson and different males took off in a Jeep.
Sources stated Morales was a member of the Outlaws road gang.
